In today’s social landscape, every driver is not only the heartbeat of the city but also the beacon of their family. They navigate vehicles through urban and rural areas, striving for their livelihoods and chasing their dreams. However, amidst the fast-paced rhythm of modern life, drivers and their families are increasingly facing an “invisible crisis” — mental health issues.

According to the latest data from the World Health Organization, over 264 million people worldwide suffer from depression, while anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health issues globally, affecting nearly 400 million individuals. In China, these numbers are equally alarming, with mental health problems becoming a significant public health concern that cannot be overlooked. Among the most affected are students, who face increasing pressures from academics and employment, with mental health issues becoming more prominent and occurring at younger ages. Reports indicate that the depression detection rate is over 40% among high school students, over 30% among middle school students, and over 10% among elementary school students.

At the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit in 2015, the UN organized its 193 member states to propose the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (17 in total). Goal 3.4 specifically aims to “By 2030, reduce premature mortality from non-communicable diseases by one third through prevention and treatment, as well as by promoting mental health and well-being.” This underscores that mental health is a challenge faced by all of humanity and must be addressed collectively, as everyone's mental well-being cannot be ignored!

Facing these severe trends and realities, we recognize that as a vehicle owner, you are not only the pillar of your family but also a vital member of society. The mental health of you and your family deserves attention and care. To this end, we have partnered with the UNITAR CIFAL Hubei (Hubei International Training Centres for Authorities and Leaders, UNITAR) and their project LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND (LNOB), inviting Xinxiangwang Consulting as a supporting organization. This collaboration brings a significant benefit to GAC (传祺) car enthusiasts and their family members: the launch of free remote psychological counseling services. Our goal is to provide psychological support and assistance to every driver and their family through scientific methods and a professional team.

We care about the growth of every child, especially those who are left in their hometowns while their parents work elsewhere. We provide a platform to help family members build closer emotional bonds, promoting the healthy development of children.

• Urban Children, Adolescents, and Family Members

Facing multiple challenges such as academics, interpersonal relationships, and self-awareness, middle school students need more understanding and guidance. Our team of professional counselors will accompany you and your child through adolescence, addressing those challenges together to make the path of growth clearer.

/ How to Register /

Starting today, you can register through the official website of UNITAR CIFAL Hubei to receive free psychological counseling. We promise that all services are provided on a public welfare basis, aiming to spread goodwill in society and let the sunshine of mental well-being brighten every corner.

/ Pubilc Welfare Experience Details /

• Free Counseling Sessions: Each family is provided with 10 free online psychological counseling sessions (each lasting 50 minutes). If more than 10 sessions are needed, please apply directly to Xinxiangwang Consulting. * The fee is ¥150 per session, collected uniformly by the Xinxiangwang platform.

• The free experience is limited to online psychological counseling services. If you require offline services, please apply separately to Xinxiangwang Consulting.

• For underage visitors, guardian consent is required, and it is recommended that parents participate in the psychological counseling together.

/ Counselling Process /

1.    After registering, scan the QR code to add the Xinxiangwang Psychology Assistant’s WeChat account (you will receive the QR code upon successful registration).

2.    During working hours (weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00), the assistant will respond to your addition within 3 hours.

3.    The assistant will send you an initial visitor information registration form. Please fill it out and send it back to the assistant.

4.    Within 2 working days, the assistant will provide you with 2-3 qualified counselors to choose from.

5.    After selection, the assistant will confirm with the counselor. If the counselor is willing to conduct the counseling session, the assistant will add both you and the counselor to the same WeChat group. (If the counselor is unable to accept the visitor, return to step 4.)

6.    Please communicate directly with the counselor in the group to confirm the specific time, method, and other details of the counseling session.

7.    The assistant will check in with you and the counselor weekly to ensure the counseling proceeds smoothly.
