In 2009, the Foundation was established. In the 15 years of continuous public welfare practice of the Hope Project, it donated Sunshine Hope Primary schools along the Long March of the Red Army, and supported these Sunshine Hope primary schools to improve the teaching environment, improve the teaching quality, and encourage the development of teachers and students. It has created a total social value of more than 360 million yuan.

In 2018, donated the 101st Sunshine Hope Primary School to complete the first 10-year plan.
